A Gilbert dance instructor was arrested after admitting to a sexual relationship with a teenage girl.
According to court documents, the 16-year-old victim told police 25-year-old Kyle Rabot had intercourse with her at his apartment near the US 60 and Lindsay Road.
The victim said their relationship started in 2014 when she was his dance student at Wagner Dance Arts in Gilbert.
The teen told police Rabot told her not to tell anyone about their relationship because he would get in trouble and go to jail.
During a police interview, Rabot admitted to a sexual relationship with the girl and knowing she was a juvenile.
Rabot is facing several counts of sexual abuse and sexual conduct with a minor.
