Officers from several Valley agencies swarmed a gas station in Mesa after a suspect fired a shot in his vehicle.
Chandler police said they made contact with a bank robbery suspect near Country Club Drive and Guadalupe Road on Friday morning.
According to Chandler police, when officers made contact with the suspect he fired a shot inside his vehicle and killed himself.
No officers were injured in the incident.
The suspect was wanted for a bank robbery that happened near Alma School and Warner Roads in Chandler earlier in the day.
