GILBERT, AZ — One person has died after being struck by a train near Baseline and McQueen roads Thursday evening.
Gilbert police say they arrived on the scene at around 5 p.m. and found one person who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further details surrounding the incident are not yet known at this time.
Police say they will continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
