CHANDLER — Two juveniles are recovering after being shot at a park in Chandler Friday afternoon.
Officials say police were called to the area of McQueen Road and Chandler Boulevard for reports of a shooting.
Police say a 15-year-old boy was found with a wound to his leg. A second juvenile victim was also located.
They were both taken to a hospital for treatment and have since been released, according to Chandler PD.
Through an investigation, detectives were able to identify a juvenile suspect. He was arrested on Sunday and booked into jail for aggravated assault and weapons charges.
