Officials are investigating after a driver crashed into a wall in a Chandler neighborhood.
The crash happened at Alma School Road and Chandler Boulevard on Thursday morning.
Chandler police initially said one person died in the crash, but later confirmed the driver's injuries were not fatal. The driver's current condition is unknown.
Avoid the area while police continue to investigate the scene.
