The Intel plant in Chandler was evacuated Tuesday afternoon after a chemical fire inside the facility.
Crews were called to the plant near Dobson and Ocotillo roads around 4:30 p.m.
Firefighters were able to control the fire and keep it from spreading.
There were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
