CHANDLER — Chandler police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning near Ray Road and Arrowhead Drive.
According to police, they responded to a residence in the area for reports of a shooting around 4 a.m.
When they arrived, police found a male, age and identity unknown, who had been shot multiple times.
The man was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the suspect in the shooting is outstanding.
Detectives are on scene and will continue to investigate the cause of the shooting.
