Police have located a missing teen in Chandler.
Chandler officers say 14-year-old Maliyah Harper was last seen near the intersection of Dobson and Warner roads around 5:15 p.m. Monday. Police say she takes medication and suffers from several mental disorders.
Harper was located and is safe, according to Chandler police.
