Police have identified a 22-year-old man shot and killed in Phoenix early Friday morning.
Jesse Olivas reportedly died at the hospital after suffering multiple gunshot wounds during a drive-by shootingnear 59th Avenue and Encanto Blvd.
The suspect vehicle, an older grey four-door Sedan, possibly a Hyundai, has still not been located.
