PHOENIX — A man was shot and killed after an argument in west Phoenix late Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 11:45 a.m. in the area of 19th Avenue and Mountain View Road.
Police say 28-year-old Christopher Daine Kabbash Kindred was shot after an argument outside of a fast food restaurant in the area by 33-year-old Jose Ramon Amparano.
Police say Amparano fled the scene but was quickly taken into custody.
Amparano faces one charge of homicide in the deadly shooting.
