PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating after a 25-year-old man was shot and killed late Saturday night.
Police say they were called to the scene near 57th Avenue and Thomas Road around 11 p.m. for a shooting call.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the victim, identified as Drew James, with a gunshot wound.
Phoenix Fire Department crews transported the man to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to call police or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS.
