A man was taken to the hospital in critical condition Tuesday morning after a head-on crash west of Phoenix, officials said.
Authorities said a man in his 70s was driving eastbound on Camelback Road and may have suffered some sort of medical episode before crashing head-on with another vehicle traveling westbound at 107th Avenue.
The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Two women in their 20s were in the other vehicle and transported to the hospital in stable condition.
No other details were released.
