Officials are investigating after a car ended up crashing into a power pole in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said the driver crashed into the power pole near 43rd Avenue and Peoria on Friday morning.
Traffic lights were out in all directions at 43rd Avenue and Peoria and power was out in the area for APS and SRP customers. About 1,500 customers were without power for several hours.
According to police, the woman who crashed into the pole appears to be okay but was possibly under the influence when the crash happened.
