Police are investigating after a 14-year-old was shot at a west Phoenix house party overnight.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, around 3:30 a.m. officers were called to a home near 39th Avenue and Osborn Road. Police learned people had gathered at the home and at one point two people, a man and a woman, started arguing. The man then started shooting and a 14-year-old, who was not a part of the argument, was shot in the foot.
The teen was taken to a hospital.
Although no one was arrested at the home, police have identified a person of interest. The investigation continues.
