Officials are asking for the public’s help to solve a homicide in south Phoenix.
Phoenix police said shortly before 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, officers located Gilbert Cordova, 35, near 40th Street and Southern Avenue with gunshot injuries.
Cordova was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police have not located any credible witnesses or suspects at this time.
