PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department is searching for an armed robber who hit up a Sprouts Farmers Market near 48th Street and Ray Road.
Authorities say a man walked into the store on January 31 around 6:00 a.m.,assaulted a store employee, pointed a gun at multiple employees and demanded money.
After he got the money he ran out of the store. He then got into a box-shaped SUV with a luggage rack and drove away.
He's described as being between the ages of 25 and 35, 5'9" tall, with a medium build. He was seen wearing a dark hooded jacket, black ski mask, dark pants and dark shoes.
