PHOENIX — Phoenix police say no foul play is suspected in the death of a man found dead in a vehicle late Friday night.
According to police, a 37-year-old man was found dead in the backseat of a vehicle near 40th Street and McDowell, close to L-202.
There were no signs of trauma or foul play, according to officials.
According to a Phoenix PD spokesperson, it will be up to the Maricopa County Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death.
