PHOENIX — The 13th annual "Flags for Our Fallen," event sponsored by RidersUSA, is helping family and friends honor loved ones at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.

Approximately 500 American flags on 10-foot poles are lining Cave Creek Road leading to Pinnacle Peak Road at the entrance of the cemetery.

Each flag has a special ribbon attached with the names of the veteran who have given their lives in service to the country.

RidersUSA will stand watch with their motorcycles, holding 'thank you' signs to those paying their respects at the cemetery.

The event started with just six bikers and has grown with each passing year. This year, there are more than 300 riders.

They will be out from 5:30 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. when a ceremony will take place inside the cemetery.

If you cannot attend, but would like to show your support - you can sponsor a flag for $10 here.
