Henry Smart III: Authorities looking for leads in Phoenix murder case

Authorities are asking for the public's help finding the suspects who killed a man in Phoenix in 2013. 

On Dec. 22, 2013, authorities were called to an apartment near 27th and Northern avenues after receiving reports of a deadly altercation. 

According to a police spokesperson, 30-year-old Henry Smart III, two men and a woman were at the apartment when the two suspects walked in. A fight broke out and Smart was fatally wounded and one of his friends was shot.

The suspects fled the scene in a small SUV with tinted windows. It is believed to have been either dark green or blue.

The first suspect is described as being a multiracial or African American, about 35 years old, 6'0", with black hair and shoulder-length cornrows. He had a stocky build and was carrying a handgun.

The second suspect is described as being African American with a dark complexion. He was also about 35 years old with a bald head.
