PHOENIX — Police say a woman has been killed after being involved in a crash with multiple vehicles in Phoenix on Wednesday night.
According to Phoenix police, officers responded to a collision involving a pedestrian and two vehicles at Central Avenue and Bell Road.
Police say two vehicles were involved in a crash, which forced one of the vehicles to then hit 53-year-old Milagros Sanchez while she was on the sidewalk nearby.
Sanchez was taken to the hospital but did not survive her injuries.
Police say alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash and no charges have been filed.
