PHOENIX — Phoenix police are searching for a suspect who allegedly shot at two Super 8 security guards Friday night, injuring one, according to Sgt. Mercedes Fortune with the Phoenix Police Department.
According to Fortune, an unknown suspect shot at two security guards working at the Super 8 Motel near I-17 and Northern Avenue around 10:30 p.m. on Friday.
One of the security guards shot back at the suspect as they drove away, but the suspect was able to flee the scene.
Phoenix police say only one of the security guards was injured, and he sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Police say the suspect is still missing, and information regarding the suspect is limited at this time.
