Officials are looking for the person responsible for a homicide in Phoenix.
Phoenix police said on March 26 they were called to the area of Central Avenue and Hatcher Road to check on a man who was down in the roadway.
When officers arrived on the scene they found a man with obvious signs of trauma. Arthur Hubbard (pictured above), 34, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to police, it is believed that the death occurred in a different location and the body was transported and dropped off at Central Avenue and Hatcher Road.
