A man is hospitalized after his car flipped into a dry canal in Phoenix on Wednesday night.
Phoenix firefighters were called to the canal near 19th Avenue and Hatcher Road after receiving reports about an accident.
The man was able to remove himself from the car but was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing. There’s no word as to how the car crashed into the canal.
