PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department is identifying a man shot and killed Wednesday night.
Officers were called to 12th Street and Union Hills Drive around 10:15 p.m. for reports of a shooting.
When they arrived they found 21-year-old Kolby Peterson in a park with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital by ambulance where he died.
Officials are still working to determine what led to the shooting, and say there is no suspect description available.
