PHOENIX — A body was found in a canal near Metrocenter Mall early Friday morning.
Crews were dispatched to the area of 29th and Dunlap avenues for reports of a person in the water, fire officials say.
When they arrived at the scene, they located a body in the water.
Phoenix police are investigating the incident.
No further information is known.
