The Arizona Department of Public Safety received information about shots fired on State Route 51 on Wednesday morning.
DPS said at 8:40 a.m. they received information about shots fired at State Route 51 and Glendale Avenue.
According to DPS, a suspect in a vehicle fired two shots into the sky. The suspect did not appear to shoot at any other vehicles.
The suspect vehicle is described as a blue Chevrolet Avalanche, the back window had clear tape on it with no visible license plate.
