PHOENIX — A 13-year-old boy has died following a rollover crash on Loop 101 near 64th Street Wednesday evening.
The crash occurred along eastbound Loop 101 near 64th Street around 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Troopers found a gray Toyota sedan has drifted into the right shoulder, hitting a portable message board.
The driver of the car, a 44-year-old man, suffered minor injuries.
A 13-year-old boy was sitting in the back seat at the time of the crash and died from his injuries.
Fire officials originally said the boy’s age was 10.
It’s unknown what caused the crash.
