PHOENIX — A man has died after being shot and dropped off at a hospital near 7th Street and McDowell Road in Phoenix Sunday morning.
Phoenix police say they responded to the hospital at around 5 a.m. and were able to identify the man as 30-year-old Thomas Garcia.
During the initial investigation, it was learned that the shooting occurred near 15th Avenue and Grant Street.
Officers say they were able to obtain and serve a search warrant near 16th Street and Buckeye Road.
Detectives are asking for the public's assistance in helping make an arrest in the homicide investigation.
