PHOENIX — The owners of Los Sombreros are asking for the public's help locating one of their catering trailers that was stolen from 3rd Street and Camelback Road late Friday night or early Saturday morning.

Bobi Rivera, one of the owners of Los Sombreros, told ABC15 that the trailer was stolen sometime between 9 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday.

Rivera says Los Sombreros is set to open a new location at 3rd Street and Camelback Road in mid-November.

The 16-foot catering trailer was being used to store kitchen equipment while the new Phoenix location underwent renovations.

According to Rivera, the trailer itself is worth roughly $10,000. The kitchen equipment inside the trailer is worth at least $20,000, according to Rivea.

Rivera said the trailer was taken from the back of the Los Sombreros restaurant located at 322 East Camelback Road in Phoenix.

The trailer was covered with a wrap featuring Los Sombreros food and restaurant information, but without the wrap, the trailer is orange and black (pictured above).

Rivera is asking anyone with information about the trailer to email him directly at bobi@lossombreros.com.

The Phoenix Police Department confirmed the trailer was stolen and they are investigating.
