Silent Witness is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man and woman who were involved in an alleged robbery of a Phoenix Circle K.

Authorities say on April 20 just before 8:30 a.m. a woman and a man entered the Circle K near 32nd and Van Buren streets.

The woman then placed several food items in her purse and jacket and then tried to exit the store, Silent Witness said.

As a clerk tried to stop her, she started to slap and push him so she could leave.

When she left the store the male suspect drove them away in a 2000 black Nissan Altima.

If you have any information on the identity of this man or woman you are asked to call 480-WITNESS.
