PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a shooting near 7th Avenue and Van Buren Street.
Officers were first called to a business in the area around 8:30 a.m., where one person was found with a gunshot wound.
Police say the person was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
One person has been detained, according to police.
