The public will be allowed into the rotunda to pay their final respects to Sen. McCain at the Capitol on Wednesday beginning at 2 p.m. What you need to know.
Overflow parking is available at the Arizona State Fairgrounds where five buses will shuttle people back and forth. There is no charge to park or take the shuttle.
