RAIN AND SNOW TOTALS: How much has fallen near you? November 29, 2019

PHOENIX — Measurable rain and snow has fallen around the Valley and state overnight Thanksgiving and into Black Friday.

Here are the rainfall totals as of 12:00 p.m. Friday, according to the Maricopa County Flood Control District.

  • Ahwatukee: 0.87”
  • Apache Junction: 0.87”
  • Cave Creek: 1.18”
  • Chandler: 0.87"
  • Fountain Hills: 1.18”
  • Gilbert: 0.94”
  • Glendale: 0.87”
  • Goodyear: 1.26”
  • Mesa: 0.71”
  • Paradise Valley: 0.67”
  • Peoria: 1.02”
  • Phoenix (downtown): 0.51”
  • Scottsdale: 0.83”
  • South Mountain Park: 0.75”
  • Sun City West: 1.06”
  • Tempe: 0.94”
  • Wittmann: 0.98”

Preliminary snow reports from the National Weather Service show snow totals as high as 10 or 15 inches in some areas. Here are some other preliminary snowfall reports:

  • Grand Canyon (south rim): 15" as of 8:10 a.m.
  • Williams: 11" as of 7:45 a.m.
  • Payson: 3" as of 8:10 a.m.
  • Forest Lakes: 10" as of 10 a.m.
  • Munds Park: 9-11" as of 9:40 a.m.
  • Prescott area: 6-10" as of 8:20 a.m.
  • Kachina Village: 8" as of 7:45 a.m.
