PHOENIX — Tuesday saw a few bands of rainfall move through the Phoenix area as part of a larger winter system that saw heavy snowfall in parts of Arizona's high country.
In the Valley, most spots saw up to a quarter-inch of rain, with the highest totals north and west of the metro area.
