Police searching for Phoenix Circle K cigarette thief

Silent Witness and Phoenix police are asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a suspected cigarette thief. 

Authorities say just before 1:30 a.m. on April 11 a man described as between 20 to 25 years old entered the Circle K near 21st Avenue and Van Buren Street. 

Police say the man started grabbing packs of cigarettes from the display case and placed them inside a garbage before he left without paying.

He is described as being between 5'5" and 5'7" and weighing between 150 to 160 pounds. 

The suspect is described as having black hair, brown eyes, a slight mustache and goatee, and multiple tattoos.
