PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a shooting that took place near 41st Avenue and Osborn Road Sunday morning.
According to police, a physical altercation took place between two people when shots were fired.
A 24-year-old man was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police say.
The investigation is ongoing.
