PHOENIX — Police are investigating a shooting that led to a deadly crash in Phoenix on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews were dispatched to a rollover crash near 7th Avenue just south of Interstate 17 around 1:45 p.m.
The driver and only occupant of the car, 39-year-old Larry Milligan, was pronounced dead at the scene, but officials determined he had suffered a gunshot wound.
Milligan is believed to have suffered the gunshot wound while driving.
Police have released surveillance footage and photos of a vehicle believed to be involved in the incident.
