PHOENIX — Phoenix police are asking for the public's help locating a registered sex offender wanted for multiple indecent exposure incidents.
Authorities say for the last two weeks, the man has exposed himself to numerous victims - both adult and juvenile -near 11th Street and Thomas Road and surrounding areas.
Police say victims have identified 31-year-old Ronnie Rae Osirio as the suspect in these cases.
Osirio is described as 6 feet tall, 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be driving a gray, four-door Nissan sedan.
