Authorities are investigating the death of a man whose body was found behind a Phoenix building on Tuesday.
Sgt. Mercedes Fortune, spokeswoman for Phoenix Police Department, said in a news release that the man's body was found near 35th Avenue and Deer Valley Road and officers "noticed physical trauma" to his body.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating the man's death as a homicide due to his injuries. No suspect descriptions were available and the man's identity was not yet released.
