PHOENIX — A 51-year-old woman is dead after being fatally struck by a hit and run driver near 20th Street and Broadway Road on Saturday night.
Phoenix police say the woman, who has only been identified as 51-years-old, was crossing Broadway in the area of 20th Street around 8 p.m. when she was hit by a vehicle traveling westbound. According to police, it is unknown if the woman was impaired.
There is no description of the suspect or the suspect vehicle, according to police.
