Authorities say a smoke-shop clerk has been shot and wounded after a robbery and two suspects are being sought.
Phoenix police say the incident occurred late Thursday afternoon at the Discount Tobacco Smoke Shop at 32nd and Roosevelt streets.
Witnesses told police that two men walked into the store and fled with cash after shooting the clerk in the side.
Police say the 25-year-old clerk was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The armed robbers fled the scene in a light blue or gray Ford SUV.
The victim is not being identified at this time.
