Officials are investigating a shooting at a Phoenix motel.
The shooting happened at the Knights Inn near Interstate 17 and McDowell Road just after 7:30 a.m. on Thursday.
Phoenix police said a man was shot at the motel. He was transported to the hospital in unknown condition.
The suspect fled the area, officers are searching for him.
No other information is known.
