A passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight has been accused of assaulting an airline employee.
Phoenix police said officers responded to a report of an assault at Sky Harbor Airport on Wednesday night.
Witnesses told police that 58-year-old David Dutson became aggressive and physically assaulted a Southwest employee.
Officers were able to board the plane and Dutson was arrested.
Southwest Airlines told ABC15 that Duston refused to comply with instructions after leaving the gate. Flight #948 arrived in Denver an hour behind schedule with the original crew aboard.
