PHOENIX — Phoenix police have arrested a registered sex offender wanted for multiple indecent exposure incidents.
Authorities say that in March, 31-year-old Ronnie Rae Osirio exposed himself to numerous victims - both adult and juvenile - near 11th Street and Thomas Road and surrounding areas.
Police, including the Family Investigations Bureau, were able to locate Osirio Thursday night and take him into custody without incident.
Osirio faces 13 charges of of indecent exposure and a parole violation warrant out of California.
