One he's caught, a cell phone store shoplifter could be facing a felony charge for threatening the clerk.

According to Silent Witness, the suspect entered the store near 7th Avenue and Camelback Road before 3 p.m. on Feb. 23. He put a Bluetooth speaker under a jacket he brought inside in an attempt to take it from the store.

The store clerk reportedly confronted the man and the suspect threatened him by saying he had a knife.

The suspect fled in a newer silver four-door Nissan passenger car.

He is described as a white man about 45 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 200 pounds. He had a clean shaved head and a beard.
