PHOENIX — Officials are investigating a near-drowning incident involving a 1-year-old child in Phoenix.
The incident occurred at a home around 35th Avenue and Bethany Home Road around noon Tuesday.
Fire officials say the child was pulled from a backyard pool and is in critical condition. Family attempted CPR on the child before emergency crews arrived.
