PHOENIX — Phoenix police are investigating a shooting near 19th and Glendale avenues Tuesday evening.
According to police, two men got into an argument in the area and one shot the other. The suspect, who has only been identified as a male aged 20 to 35-years-old, fled northbound on foot, according police.
The man that was shot was taken to a hospital in critical condition where he later died from his injuries.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Chad Harris.
The suspect is still on the loose, according to Phoenix police.
