PHOENIX, AZ — A motorcycle rider has died after crashing into a wall on the freeway Wednesday night.
Crews were called to the scene on southbound SR-143 at the Sky Harbor off-ramp around 9:10 p.m.
Phoenix firefighters tell ABC15, the man was transported to the hospital in extremely critical condition. He later died, according to Arizona Department of Public Safety officials.
The victim is not being identified at this time.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
