Authorities are investigating a road rage shooting that occurred along the I-17 Friday night.
According to the Department of Public Safety, no one was injured during the incident, but shots were fired in the area of Bethany Home Road around 9 p.m.
The victim reported that the suspect vehicle was driving aggressively before pulling up alongside them and flashing a gun. The suspect then fired shots at the embankment, but did not hit the victim.
Information from the scene suggests authorities are looking for a woman who was driving a grey Trailblazer as the shooting suspect.
DPS says this incident is not related to the ongoing freeway shootings investigation.
