Elizabeth Johnson is out of jail again.
The mother of "Baby Gabriel" was released from a Maricopa County jail on Thursday morning.
Johnson was captured and returned to Arizona in March after she admitted she skipped town and traveled out of New Mexico, which is a violation of her probation.
ABC15 was there as Johnson was released from jail. She did not answer any of the reporters questions.
Around 1:30 p.m., the New Mexico Corrections Department said Johnson was approved to return to the state.
Johnson had served 5 years for custodial interference. She admitted that she took her son, known to the general public as “Baby Gabriel,” to Texas and gave him to a couple at a San Antonio park.
Police were never able to confirm her story or find Gabriel.
Johnson will be under probation until July of 2018.
A judge warned her that if she violates any more terms of her condition of probation then she could face fines and prison time.
